At the party, Papillon and Doomzone find themselves uncomfortably cornered by adult heroes who think they know best. Fortunately, they have friends willing to throw themselves into the line of fire; unfortunately, that means Black Cavalier and Reversal navigate their own awkward conversations. At city hall, Giger's plan to plant a camera in the mayor's office goes from great to bad as a guard and a young woman hear him before he gets out—and that's not even the most dire thing in store this evening...
