As the crew gets to know each other a little better, they eventually reach their destination: Acheron, the system of Tartarus best known as a home to strange and sometime dangerous planets. Though one crew member is eager to leave, Korvavev learns that one of the most intense races in the Nandamuri Anti-Gravity racing league, the Event Horizon, is taking place on the surface of one of these bizarre worlds.
