Since their victory against the sentient, static cloud White Noise it’s been quiet and boring for the up and coming rag tag team of super teens, Perfect Chaos. In the basement of the Power Punch arcade, the gang receives a job offer from the gigantic robotic hero, Citadel. Impressed with their performance against White Noise, he wants their help in reclaiming a mysterious stolen artifact. But something here smells fishy… and this time it isn’t Gillian’s costume.
Can Petruso (Setsu), The Bull, use his speed and strength to protect his team and his crush? Will May (Holly), The Legacy, be able to use her powers to help the people of Halcyon?
